How billing works. Plans are subscriptions billed in advance and renew automatically (monthly or yearly, on the date you first paid) at the price shown, plus any sales tax, until you cancel. Cancel any time with Manage billing on your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again. Pay by card or by U.S. bank account (ACH); a bank payment can take up to 4 business days to clear, and the plan turns on when it does. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated from your billing address and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; Colorado Capitol Guide never sees your full card or bank number. Billed by Fifty Domes LLC.

Why House and Senate information stays free: it is public record, and we never charge to read, use or reproduce it. Paid features are limited to what Colorado Capitol Guide computes or generates itself (alerts, saved lists, exports).
